Wealth Manager – Private Banking

You will be part of a high-performing team of six Wealth Managers, supported by Sales & Service Officers, portfolio managers, and a wealth analysis planner. Working primarily from a new Private Banking hub in Kortrijk, you will help protect and grow clients’ assets through a personalized, holistic approach.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive advice to high-net-worth clients with a minimum invested capital of 5 million EUR, ensuring both protection and growth of their assets
  • Develop a strong private banking portfolio by offering guidance on wealth management, equity, estate planning, credit, and taxation
  • Manage relationships with approximately 70 families, focusing on retention and long-term satisfaction
  • Acquire new private banking clients through active participation in networking and public relations events
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, asset management, wealth analysis, and planning, to tailor strategies to each client’s unique circumstances

Must have

  • Professional experience in wealth management, ideally supported by a PBAB (Private Banking Association Belgium) certification
  • Strong motivation to meet commercial targets and foster long-term client relationships
  • Assertiveness and flexibility, adapting seamlessly to diverse scenarios
  • Ability to present complex financial matters in an accessible, client-friendly manner
  • Excellent command of Dutch, with English as a plus

  • Broad general knowledge to engage in meaningful discussions with affluent clients
  • Familiarity with innovative digital tools for enhanced client experiences
