With more than eighty years of experience and over sixty-three thousand members, the company offers tailored non-life cover to doctors, paramedics and medical institutions.
To reinforce its growth, the firm seeks a product manager who can translate sector trends into innovative, profitable solutions. You will steer projects from concept to launch, ensuring every offer meets regulatory requirements and advances member satisfaction.
Working in close partnership with sales, compliance and actuarial colleagues, you will shape the product roadmap and monitor performance. If you combine strategic vision with hands-on execution, this position gives you the opportunity to influence a niche market and drive meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
- Define and refine the non-life product strategy in line with corporate objectives.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs to uncover new opportunities.
- Design and develop innovative insurance solutions, mobilising internal stakeholders around your ideas.
- Lead projects end to end, coordinating legal, compliance, risk, pricing, marketing, training and communication streams.
- Set and track product KPIs to secure profitability, commercial success and member satisfaction.
Must have
- University degree or equivalent professional track record.
- At least three years’ experience in insurance product management or a strong willingness to master non-life insurance quickly.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Solid organisational and project-management skills in a collaborative environment.
- Fluency in French or Dutch with good command of the second language and working English.
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to the healthcare or medical-services sector.
- Familiarity with regulatory, risk and pricing frameworks for non-life products.
- Confidence in presenting to diverse audiences and senior stakeholders.
- Affinity with digital innovation and emerging technologies in insurance.
- Proven ability to build cross-functional networks and champion change.
