Are you eager to guide accomplished entrepreneurs and executives in growing and safeguarding their wealth? We are recruiting on behalf of a leading financial institution in Kortrijk, aiming to expand its private banking services and maintain its industry leadership.
You will join a high-performing team of ten private bankers and two sales and service officers, complemented by portfolio managers and a wealth analysis planner. Your primary goal is to build and retain a strong portfolio of around 100 families, offering holistic advice on investments, estate planning, credits, and tax strategies.
Through close collaboration with internal experts and client-focused approaches, you will drive client satisfaction and achieve commercial success. Responsibilities
- Provide bespoke financial guidance to entrepreneurs and executives with a minimum invested capital of 500,000 EUR
- Grow and manage a private banking client portfolio, encompassing wealth management, tax planning, and credit solutions
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, focusing on retention and long-term trust
- Acquire new clients by participating in networking opportunities and public relations events
- Work closely with internal teams, including asset management and wealth planners, to deliver comprehensive, integrated client solutions
Must have
- Professional experience in investments and portfolio management
- Solid understanding of legal, financial, and tax aspects relevant to entrepreneurial clients
- Assertive and adaptable communication skills for diverse client scenarios
- Ability to make complex financial topics accessible to a broad audience
- Excellent command of Dutch (spoken and written); English is a plus
Nice to have
- Familiarity with corporate structures and succession planning for executives
- Certification or willingness to pursue PBAB (Private Banking Association-Belgium) accreditation
- Track record in identifying new business opportunities and expanding client portfolios
- Experience working in a flexible, innovative banking environment
