You will join a high-performing team of private bankers, supported by sales officers, portfolio managers, and a specialized wealth analysis planner. Operating primarily from Antwerp, your focus will be on safeguarding and growing client wealth through tailored advice on investments, tax planning, and more.
You will collaborate with internal departments and leverage your broad market knowledge to attract new clients and ensure seamless service. If you are driven by achieving commercial targets and excel at clarifying complex financial matters, this role promises a fulfilling and dynamic career path.
Responsibilities
- Advise high-net-worth individuals with invested assets exceeding 500,000 EUR, offering comprehensive wealth preservation and growth strategies
- Develop a client portfolio by providing insights on asset management, estate planning, credits, and tax matters
- Manage relationships with around 100 families, ensuring long-term client retention and satisfaction
- Pursue new private banking prospects through networking, events, and strategic outreach
- Collaborate closely with asset management and wealth analysis teams to deliver integrated solutions
Must have
- Proven professional experience in investments and portfolio management
- Solid knowledge of legal, financial, and tax issues, ideally for entrepreneurs and senior professionals
- Assertive and adaptable approach to varying client scenarios
- Ability to present complex financial concepts in a clear, client-friendly manner
- Excellent command of Dutch; English is an asset
Nice to have
- PBAB (Private Banking Association-Belgium) certification or willingness to obtain it
- Experience working in a dynamic, informal banking or financial services environment
- Familiarity with credit instruments for businesses and executives
- Strong client acquisition skills, particularly among entrepreneurs and managers
- Comfort with hybrid work and digital collaboration tools
