Responsibilities
- Provide holistic investment, credit, tax and succession advice to clients within your assigned segment
- Build and manage a high-value private banking portfolio in your region, ensuring tailored service and sustainable growth
- Strengthen loyalty through proactive reviews, educational events and consistent follow-up
- Acquire new relationships by leveraging your network and coordinating with internal experts across Belgium
- Work closely with asset managers, credit specialists and planners to ensure seamless delivery of every solution
Must have
- Demonstrated success in investments and portfolio management or at least three years of commercial banking with strong private-banking ambition
- Solid understanding of legal, financial and tax considerations affecting affluent clients in your chosen segment
- Ability to convey complex topics in clear, client-friendly language
- Assertive yet adaptable approach to varied client situations and market conditions
- Fluency in Dutch or French plus professional English
Nice to have
- Private Banking Association Belgium certification (PBAB) or commitment to obtain it
- Established regional network among the target client group (families, business owners, executives, etc.)
- Familiarity with digital advisory tools and remote engagement techniques
- Experience structuring credit solutions for entrepreneurs or professionals
- Comfort collaborating across multiple Belgian offices when needed
