Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients and manage the relationship from onboarding to renewal
- Advise clients on insurance products such as fire, accident and general risk coverage
- Handle contracts, documents and policy administration from A to Z
- Coordinate appointments, respond to queries and keep data up to date in the insurance software system
- Contribute to developing and maintaining a client and prospect database
Must have
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
- Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
- Punctual, accurate and able to handle administrative tasks with precision
- Willingness to learn and obtain FSMA certification (if not already certified)
- Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)
Nice to have
- First experience in insurance, banking or a client-facing administrative role
- Knowledge of BOAR insurance products and policy conditions
- Understanding of regulatory procedures and insurance documentation
- Good command of French or English
- Stress resistance and ability to stay focused under pressure
