You’ll advise both new and existing clients, maintain policy records and help people find the right coverage for their needs. Whether you're just starting out or already have insurance experience, your learning mindset and client-first attitude will be key.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and manage the relationship from onboarding to renewal
  • Advise clients on insurance products such as fire, accident and general risk coverage
  • Handle contracts, documents and policy administration from A to Z
  • Coordinate appointments, respond to queries and keep data up to date in the insurance software system
  • Contribute to developing and maintaining a client and prospect database

Must have

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through experience
  • Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset
  • Punctual, accurate and able to handle administrative tasks with precision
  • Willingness to learn and obtain FSMA certification (if not already certified)
  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written)

Nice to have

  • First experience in insurance, banking or a client-facing administrative role
  • Knowledge of BOAR insurance products and policy conditions
  • Understanding of regulatory procedures and insurance documentation
  • Good command of French or English
  • Stress resistance and ability to stay focused under pressure
